Functional Strength personal training
Functional Strength

If you are looking to improve your body by increasing strength and everyday functionality then that's what functional strength training is. By prescribing exercises that enable the body to work as a unit, switching on all muscles, is not only a great way to improve the body's ability to perform everyday tasks but a great way to burn fat.

Functional exercises will utilize reflex responses to keep balance, force the body to maintain a center of gravity and/or have a high carryover into work or sport. These movements have been shown to improve power, strength, endurance, flexibility, balance, co-ordination, speed and agility.

The average person should carry out exercises that mimic things they do in everyday life. Correct lifting of objects from ground to above the head, or multi-directional changing for a client who has a need for sporting improvement are some examples. So if improvement in everyday life is what you are after you cannot go past functional strength training with Exclusive Fitness personal training.
