Boxing for fitness in group training for Brisbane personal training is similar to the one on one personal training aspect except that you will partner up with a friend or one of your new friends from the group. With the encouragement from the trainer and from your partner you will be able to push yourself to achieve in a fun environment. The training involves pad work, strengthening of the body, speed work and co-ordination improving activities that will keep you involved and interested. The hour session will fly past and you won't be able to wait for the next session.
