If you haven't been on a workout in a forest then you are missing out. Imagine doing lunges, squats, weights and working with resistance bands while listening to birds singing and with a view that many training sessions can only replicate with pictures. Forest workouts utilize our local forests walking tracks to create an experience which is different to the norm which will improve fitness. Early morning starts with the sun piercing through the trees is just another day in paradise for you the client. These group training sessions are carried out in Bunya forest so are close enough for everyone to attend from Albany Creek to Arana Hills, Ferny Hills to Bridgeman Downs, McDowall and Eatons Hill. |
